Aboriginality – being Aboriginal with management and governance experience in both Government and Community Run Aboriginal organisations.

Business – Gaining a Business Diploma from Tranby Aboriginal College.

Counselling – Gaining Certificates in Counselling from Centre for Community Welfare Training.

Social Services – Gaining a Graduate Diploma of Social Services from the University of Western Sydney.

Life Experiences – With over 25 years in business, dealing with Governance, Human Resources, Policy Development, Management, Funding, Government Regulations and Community Needs.
